As the sun sets over the Serengeti, you’ll bid farewell to its golden plains and head toward the Ngorongoro Highlands, where you’ll spend the night perched on the rim of the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater.
On the last day of your trip with us, you will have an early breakfast before descending into the 610-meter-deep Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is renowned for its high density and diversity of African wildlife, including the endangered black rhinoceros. A guided game drive of up to six hours is recommended to complete your exploration of the 260-square-kilometer caldera. In the late afternoon, you will exit the crater and drive back to your preferred drop-off point in Arusha, where your guide will bid you farewell.
